Tottenham striker Harry Kane had to be replaced after seven minutes of the FA Cup quarter-final with Millwall after injuring his ankle.
Kane, captain for the day at White Hart Lane, was hurt when Lions defender Jake Cooper tried to block his fifth-minute shot close to the touchline.
After treatment, the England international limped down the tunnel and was replaced by Christian Eriksen.
Kane, 23, has scored 24 goals this season, eight in his past five games.
He was named the Premier League Player of the Month for February and his tally of 19 league goals this season has only been matched by Everton’s Romelu Lukaku.
England manager Gareth Southgate is due to name his squad on Thursday to face Germany on 22 March and Lithuania in a World Cup qualifier four days later.
Kane missed 10 games earlier this season with an ankle injury.
